Two projects.
One studio.

We are currently building two games with very different identities: an open-world survival project and a cozy fantasy management game. Over time, the same studio may also make software or tools when the idea fits better there.

Projects in development.

Each project is treated as its own product, with its own tone, systems, and visual language.

More projects on the way.

Games are the current focus. Software and tools can join the lineup when a future idea is better served outside a game.

Built project by project.

Different genres can still share the same development principles.

01

Distinct identity

Each project gets its own visual language, tone, and audience instead of being forced into one house style.

02

Systems first

The experience should be shaped by interaction and understandable systems, not presentation alone.

03

Built to ship

Scope, iteration, and finishing are treated as part of the design rather than work that happens after it.

Games now.
Room for more.

2Hone Studio is an independent studio for focused games and digital products. The medium can change; the goal is to make each project worth finishing.
